Working Together With Clients
It is the aim of Scotair Marketing Ltd to provide a high and consistent level of service with a strong focus on client care. We are here to provide a unique service, to listen to you, the client, to offer ideas and advice when needed.
Once we have finalised the designs, we will liaise with the factory to ensure the best build times. Typical builds are around 3 months for a regular shaped balloon. Special shapes, being so complicated require longer.
Graeme started flying balloons, back in the 80’s and at the time flew a balloon for Loganair and helped out Slater Hogg and Howison, the well known Glasgow estate agents with theirs. In 1991, he turned professional and by 1992 was the owner of the only Air Operators Certificate for balloons in Scotland.
Skip forward and Graeme now holds more ratings than any other pilot in Scotland for Hot Air Balloons meaning he can fly the biggest passenger balloons in the world. He also holds the only Thermal Airship License in the country.
Graeme has flown in the following countries: Scotland, Wales, England, France, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Germany, Italy, Turkey, Tanzania, Canada, New Mexico and California in the United States, Tanzania and Myanmar (Balloons over Bagan,Burma).
When we are all in agreement about the balloon we will then raise a design and work visual, which you, the client will check and when happy, sign. It really isn’t a painful job, The factory will then spring into life and commence construction.
Once we are all happy with what we want to achieve, what we want to do and what we’d like the balloon to look like, we will have our designers create a stunning visual representation of your new balloon.
When you sit around your conference room table, throwing ideas together, put all your ideas together and present them to us, You need not worry, we are experts and we will listen to you and we will take everything on board.
12 weeks will pass and then we will see the balloon test inflated and checked. With everything signed off and paperwork arranged with the Aviation Authority of your country, We’ll deliver your stunning new Hot Air Balloon.
We will always respond to your emails.. Nothing worse than no response..
Graeme and Scotair go the extra mile to make sure the once in a lifetime experience is as magical as possible.

There was also interest from an agent in Holywood, daft as it sounds.. From the initial format he was asked to create a format for two leading TV Chef/Cooks. In 2015 both these formats will be put back on the radar and we will put the wheels back in motion..
